The delivery was slow and bulky, prompting Shaw to lean into a drive. However, he cleared the shot and robbed the Thunder captain of a simple catch David Warner on the cover. Warner made no mistake, and Shaw was sent packing for a golden duck. The sixth was in deep disarray, with two quick wickets falling, leaving them with a lot to do.

Garton shines again with a crucial wicket
Garton, who impressed with his field, turned the ball on in the 19th over to pick up another crucial wicket. This time, it is Ben Dwarthuis which fell into a better grip Hugh Weibgen. Garton ducked a slower ball, using a change of pace to fool dwarhuis. The ball was deflected from hitting dwarthuis’ zone, and he took a swipe, but missed the shot, sending it high into the air. Sam Billings’ Partning Party by knock guides Sydney Thunder to the end
Despite the early bursts, the other six hopefuls as they posted a total competition. However, the weaving of the Thunder is consistent and assured, with Sam Billings providing the much needed impetus. Billings played a knock-winning knock, showing excellent composure under pressure and ensuring the Thunder stayed on track for victory. With this gratifying win, the Thunder secured their place in the BBL | 14 Finally, where they face the Hobart Hurricanes At Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Monday, January 27.
