UFC’s Colby Covington tries to link ‘dirty’ LeBron James to Diddy’s sexual assault allegations

UFC welterweight and devout Donald Trump supporter Colby Covington trying to connect LeBron James to the mushrooming sex-trafficking scandal facing ShawnDidi‘ Combs.

“I want to ask LeBron, what does he mean by ‘There’s no party like Diddy’s party?'” Covington asked during a press conference to promote Saturday’s bout with Joaquin Buckley.

“LeBron, you’re a scumbag and I hope they put you in a cell with Diddy,” Covington later added.

Covington, 36, casually referenced a four-year-old Internet clip in which James brags about attending one of Combs’ infamous parties.

Of course, Combs is now behind bars awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges and claims he raped and drugged nine-year-old victims on those nights. Such parties are said to turn into large orgies that sometimes last for days. Combs continues to insist that he was wrongfully accused and maintains that, while dirty, all parties were consensual.

Meanwhile, James has not been charged with a sex crime. He is currently the star of the Lakers away from the team for “personal reasons” after recently announcing he was taking a break from social media — something Covington addressed during Wednesday’s press conference.

“I really want to know, and not only that, LeBron, how many Diddy parties have you actually been to?” Covington asked.

“I’m really curious to know and is this why you quit social media? Because of all the backlash you get from going to so many Diddy parties?

Covington continued to attack James over the NBA star’s support for Black Lives Matter and

“It’s just a shame, man,” Covington added. “People think this guy is a role model, (he) wants to defund the police; the most patriotic people in America serving and protecting our country.

James’ lawyer did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.

Combs, who faces more than 100 sexual assault charges, is known to have thrown the extravagant “freaks.”

These parties are said to turn into large orgies that sometimes last for days.

Combs continues to insist that he was wrongfully accused and maintains that, while dirty, all parties were consensual.

The rapper has been held since his arrest in September on allegations that he coerced and abused women for years with the help of a network of associates and employees. An indictment accuses him of silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.

James has made no comment on the resurfaced video and has not been linked to any of Combs’ crimes.

The fighter also attacked Jon Jones on Wednesday, claiming the UFC heavyweight champion and Covington’s former college roommate is a “coward” and a “fraud.”

Covington has made a name for himself as one of Trump’s top supporters in the UFC, even though Jones recently presented the president-elect with a UFC championship belt at Madison Square Garden.

James, on the other hand, has been critical of Trump, whom he once called a “bum” online.
