Pacific Palisades, California (Newspring) – Cal Fire Battalion Chief Brent Pascua said President Donald Trump’s visit to southern California after the destruction of forest fires is a “moral boost” for the firefighters who have worked terribly.
“It’s not over,” said Pascua during a performance on “Elizabeth Vargas reports.“I don’t know what Trump can give us, but it’s a moral boost.”

Trump says the federal government is behind California ‘100%’
Trump acknowledged that he had a “very positive talk” with California’s governor Gavin Newsom when he landed in Los Angeles. He told victims of forest fires and city officials that the federal government is “100 % behind California”.
His comments came after he took an air and hike in Pacific Palisades, a neighborhood destroyed by one of the recent fires.
On Thursday, Newsom signed a legislation that instructs $ 2.5 billion in relief to support efforts and recovery efforts for Los Angeles.
