Tiger Woods teased golf fans with a behind-the-scenes look at his long-awaited venture with Rory McIlroy.
TGL, the indoor, tech course founded by Woods and McIlroy, is finally set to debut in the New Year, airing for the first time on January 7.
Although caused concern for his health earlier this month, Woods was set to play in the tech-infused league’s inaugural season with his team, Jupiter Links Golf Club, which consists of Max Homa, Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner along with the captain, on January 14.
And with less than a month to go until its launch, Woods shared a sneak peek inside the high-tech installation at the SoFi Center, a purpose-built arena, in Palm Beach Gardens. Florida where the matches will be held.
ESPN shared a clip of the 15-time major winner testing the simulator as he shot from one of three mats onto the giant screen with his driver.
The snippet sparked excitement among golf fans as many admitted they couldn’t wait to see the league in action.

One golf fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to post: “This is going to be fun to bet on.. Looking forward to the holes they create!”
“It actually looks pretty stupid lol,” said another, while a third added: “I’m here for it” with three fire emojis.
“At first I thought this idea was stupid, but I’m actually kind of excited to watch it now,” admitted another.
Woods hasn’t played since bombing out of the Open Championship at Royal Troon and beyond undergoing microdecompression surgery for nerve damage in the lower back in September.
But other fans took Woods’ form in front of the simulator as a positive update as they seemed shocked at his ability so soon after the operation.
“The perfect time for Tigers career to launch this. I can’t wait,” one fan mentioned of Woods’ struggles on the course in recent years due to his health battles.
“That’s some serious swing speed,” added another, appreciating the golf legend’s game.
“I thought he just had back surgery now he’s rocking like that,” asked one shocked fan, while another echoed: “Didn’t he just have back surgery?”

Woods caused concern among golf fans earlier this month when he decided not to participate in the Hero World Challenge.
“I don’t.” I really don’t,” the 48-year-old admitted when asked if he was aiming to get back on the course during his pre-tournament press conference at home.
“I’m just gradually trying to test it, keep progressing without putting it off. I don’t want to have setbacks, I just want to keep progressing and give myself the best chance possible for next year.
“I feel like I’m getting stronger, I’m getting more flexible, but I have a long way to go to be able to compete against these guys.”
But later it became clear that Woods would have his way return next week as he continues the tradition of playing alongside his son Charlie in the PNC Championship.
Woods also told Bob Harrig of Sports Illustrated that he should be ready for the TGL debut in January.
The 15-match season opener will see New York Golf Club – made up of Xander Schaufele, Matt Fitzpatrick, Rickie Fowler and Cameron Young – take on a Bay Golf Club side of Ludwig Aberg, Wyndham Clarke, Min Woo Lee and Shane Lowry .
TGL is managed by TMRW Sports, the business venture launched by Woods and McIlroy in the summer of 2022.
The league boasts a host of high-profile backers, including tennis legends Serena and Venus Williams, along with NBA superstar Steph Curry and Liverpool and Boston Red Sox owners Fenway Sports Group.
