Against the backdrop of questions about his future with Miami Heatit was revealed that Jimmy Butler is renting a beachfront mansion in Miami Beach for over $70,000 a month.
Butler, a five-time All-NBA, sold his South Miami/Coral Gables home for $8.3 million over the summer.
Now, as reported by The real deal, Butler is renting out her current mansion in the Hibiscus Island neighborhood, with the property listed for sale for $30 million.
Butler’s new playground is equipped with a private dock, basketball court, tennis court and playground.
The mansion also has views of the Miami skyline, a swimming pool with an outdoor patio and an entertainment room.
The home is listed for sale with The Corcoran Group’s Julian Johnston, who also represented Butler in its leasing.

Johnston declined to comment on the deal.
Butler has made over $312 million in his career, according to Spotrac, and signed a three-year, $146.4 million contract with the Heat in 2021.
However, there is speculation that the 35-year-old could be traded to a new team soon, with the Heat averaging 12-10 and owing Butler more than $50 million next season if he activates his player option.
on Wednesday, ESPN NBA Insider Shams Charania reported that Butler’s agent, Bernie Lee, has indicated to the league that his client is open to being traded to the Suns, Mavericks, Rockets and Warriors, citing anonymous sources.
Charania added that the Heat are listening to offers for Butler.
Lee, however, strongly disputed Charania’s reports, calling them “total bullshit” and “fabricated”. of X.

Lee’s denial of X was also retweeted by Heat owner Mickey Arison, while Charania stood by his report the next day.
Meanwhile, Brian Lewis of the New York Post — also citing an unnamed source — reported that the Nets would be Butler’s first choice in free agency if he opts out of his current contract this summer.
However, the Nets are not expected to be interested in trading for him during the season.
Butler, now in his sixth season with the Heat, has become a fan favorite in Miami.
His playoff heroics led the team to two finals, though they fell short of securing the franchise’s first title since 2013.
